The Airport Budget guys haven’t sent the car yet and told that I will get by probably 5pm or 6pm. He found no guilty and simply told its not available. I reserved my car rental through and it was Budget who offered best price at Non-Airport location and pick up time was 1pm and asked my Uber to leave as I was confident that I wouldn’t need my drive back home.
